About the role

A full-time role is now available at Summers Engineering for a Factory Hand, located in Brookvale, NSW.

What you'll be doing
Loading and unloading trucks using a forklift
Manual handling materials on/off pallets, skids, etc
Identifying, processing and tagging material ready for machining
Maintaining a clean and organised work workplace
Cabinet blasting machined components
Performing general preventative maintenance tasks to machinery and equipmeent
Packaging finished parts

What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Factory Hand or in a similar manufacturing role
Robust attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and procedures
Valuable physical fitness and the capability to perform manual handling tasks
A commitment to workplace health and safety
A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively

About you
Current forklift and drivers licsense is essential
Previous warehouse and forklift experience required




Previous expenerience working in a manufacturing factory is preferred
Physical fitness with ability to perform manual handling tasks
Reliability with strong work ethic & team player attitude
Ability to follow instructions accurately + apply safe work practices.
