You will guide the Customer Experience team, manage day-to-day activities, and collaborate with Facilities and Housekeeping to deliver a smooth, protected living workplace for residents.
You’ll drive engagement initiatives, oversee occupancy and accounts, and act as the on-site leader when the Operations Manager is unavailable.
