Zylo has partnered with leading boutique firm in the heart of Sydney. They are committed to providing exceptional legal services to our clients and offering employee satisfaction. We are seeking a talented and experienced Lawyer to join their team in Sydney.

Position Summary:

This role will be tailored to suit the ideal candidate and as a Lawyer with experience in either Commercial, Litigation or Insolvency law, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality legal advice and representation to their clients. You will work closely with partners and senior associates on a wide range of matters, including commercial contracts, disputes, and insolvency proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:
Conducting legal research and analysis
Drafting and reviewing legal documents
Advising clients on legal matters




Representing clients in court proceedings
Managing caseloads and deadlines
Contributing to the development of the firm's practice areas

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor of Law degree and admission to the Australian legal profession
Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial, litigation, or insolvency law and a want to focus on 1 or 2 of these specialties
Strong legal research and writing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
