Immediate Start – Casual Support Worker (Disability Complex Care)

Hear Me Roar Pty Ltd is looking for caring, reliable and motivated Disability Support Workers to join our team.

This is a rewarding role where you will help support daily living, personal care and provide a protected, positive workplace while working as part of a supportive team in a 3:1 setting. (Staffing Ratio: 3:1 from 6:00am–8:00pm, reducing to 2:1 from 8:00pm–6:00am.)

We are seeking people who are:
Caring, patient and reliable.
Able to stay calm in challenging situations.
Good communication skills with an understanding of Positive Approaches to Behaviour Strategies.
Flexible to work mornings, afternoons, sleepovers, weekends and public holidays.




Experience in disability support, however training is provided.
Experience with epilepsy, behaviour support or complex care.
Enrolled Nurses are encouraged to apply.

Essential Requirements
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain).
Current First Aid & CPR.
Current Driver Licence
