Due to growth in the business, we are looking for a HVAC Assistant Team Leader to join our Sydney team.

The Role:
Provide support, mentoring and expertise to a team of Technicians.
Carry out service and quoted repairs, installations, and maintenances
Oversee, manage and work effectively in a team environment without supervision
Building and maintaining relationships with clients

Selection Criteria:
Trade Qualification in Certificate lll in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
5+ years’ experience as a HVAC technician
Current Drivers Licence




Refrigerant Handling licence
Restricted Electrical licence
OHS Construction Induction Card
A focus on quality and safety
Ability to work within a team or autonomously.
Robust communications skills – interact positively with colleagues and customers alike.
