The Role:
You’ll deliver evidence-based OT assessment and intervention for adults across NDIS and aged care, predominantly in the community (with clinic work as needed). Your focus will be on improving function, participation,
safety and independence through practical, goal-directed therapy.
You’ll complete functional, home safety and falls-risk assessments, develop client-centred plans, and provide interventions such as capacity building, equipment prescription, environmental modification recommendations, and education. You’ll also produce high-quality reports aligned to funding requirements and collaborate closely with clients, families, support coordinators and the wider MDT.
Requirements:
Qualification in Occupational Therapy
AHPRA Registration
Driver’s licence and access to an insured vehicle
Police Check,NDIS Screening Check,Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Professional Indemnity Insurance
Medicare Provider Number (or eligibility to obtain)
