Huon Regional Care seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Support at Home team, based in Franklin, TAS. You will provide client-centred services across the community, helping older people live safely and independently in their own homes with focus on goal-based care and reablement.
You will deliver evidence-based interventions, conduct functional assessments, and work with care partners to ensure coordinated, high-quality services across Southeast Tasmania.
