The Chance

We are seeking an enthusiastic Trainer and Assessor to deliver and assess the CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability).

In this role, you will deliver engaging training, assess student competency, and provide workplace-based support during vocational placements. You will travel to various placement sites to mentor students, monitor their progress, and help them build the confidence and skills required for successful careers in aged care and disability support.

To support your role, you will be provided with comprehensive training resources, session plans,



and ongoing assistance from our experienced education team.

Enjoy versatile working hours from Monday to Friday, with no weekend or evening work.

About You

You are passionate about adult education and committed to helping students achieve their goals. You have excellent communication skills, enjoy working with diverse learners, and can confidently deliver training in both face-to-face and virtual environments.
CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (or a higher relevant qualification).
TAE40116, TAE40122, or an equivalent qualification in Training and Assessment.
Experience delivering and assessing the Certificate III in Individual Support.
Experience working in aged care and/or disability support.
Experience using technology to deliver training in both virtual and face-to-face settings.
A current driver's licence and willingness to travel to student placement locations.
Current Australian working rights and residence in Victoria.
Experience working within the NDIS sector.
