Site TIG Fabricator/ Welder (BBBH1118) Southport, Gold Coast, Australia

Salary: AUD62 - AUD62 per hour

We are seeking experienced TIG Fabricators/ Welders to join a site based project working on installation and fabrication/welding of stainless steel pipework. This is a great prospect for skilledtradesperson who enjoysproject work within a qualified and safety focused environment.

Role
Fabricating and welding pipe spools
Installation of the pipe spools
TIG welding
Reading and interpreting drawings
Strictly following WHS

Responsibilites
TIG welding stainless steel pipework onsite
Reading and interpreting drawings and welding specifications
Preparing, fitting, and aligning pipe sections prior to welding
Completing quality checks to ensure weld integrity and accuracy
Working safely within a site environment and following all WHS requirements




Operating access equipment including scissor lifts and EWPs when required

Requirements
Proven TIG welding experience, particularly with stainless steel pipework
Ability to produce high quality welds to specification
Current White Card
Current EWP Licence
Current Scissor Lift Licence
Basic Rigger licence is advantageous
Reliable transport and a current driver licence
Own vehicle and tools required
Solid commitment to safety and quality workmanship
