Position Overview: We are seeking the services of motivated, specialists with industry experience to join our team. The role will suit both those who are looking for a current challenge, progressing into a training environment or experienced trainers looking for a sea change. We are seeking candidates located throughout the Fraser Coast,Wide Bay & Central Queensland Regions, that are willing to provide quality Training.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging training programs aligned with industry standards.
Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Monitor and evaluate student progress, offering support where needed.
Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
Collaborate with other trainers and staff to enhance training programs.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of training and assessment strategies.

Qualifications:
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Current) – Or must willing to obtain
Relevant vocational qualifications and industry experience in RURAL/ HIGH RISK/ CIVIL
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities




Previous experience in a training role is preferred but not essential
