The Opportunity
Reporting into an experienced Finance Business Partner, you'll work closely with operational leaders across multiple regions, helping them understand business performance and make better commercial decisions.
This is a role that goes well beyond month-end reporting. You'll analyse trends, build business cases, challenge performance, partner with stakeholders and contribute to budgeting, forecasting and strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with operational leaders to improve business performance
Deliver commercial analysis across sales, margins, labour and profitability
Prepare forecasts,
budgets and period-end reporting
Develop business cases for commercial initiatives and investment decisions
Identify trends, risks and opportunities and recommend practical solutions
Support strategic projects and ad hoc commercial analysis
Build relationships across finance and the wider business
About You
CA qualified or nearing completion
Experience within Big 4, Mid Tier or a Commercial Analyst position
Naturally curious with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Solid analytical capability with advanced Excel skills
Confident communicator who enjoys partnering with stakeholders
Ambitious, driven and eager to build a long-term commercial finance career
