Midfield Trading is seeking an experienced Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our busy distribution centre. In this role, you will be a key part of our logistics team, ensuring that stock is moved, stored, and dispatched safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
Operate forklifts safely to load, unload, and move stock.
Utilise high-reach and counterbalance forklifts to stack inventory in pallet racking
Pick and pack customer orders accurately using RF scanners.
Receive and check incoming stock, stock rotation.
Load/unload trucks efficiently.
Maintain documentation and dispatch records correctly.
· Adhere to safety procedures and keep the warehouse clean.
General warehousing duties.
Skills and Experience
Valid LF forklift licence is mandatory (LO licence is highly regarded).
Proven experience operating high-reach and counterbalance forklifts.
RF scanning experience in a rapid-paced warehouse environment.
Strong physical fitness for manual handling, picking, and packing tasks.
Reliable track record with a focus on safety and attention to detail.
· Transparent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
