ALH Hotels is seeking a Sous Chef for Carine Glades Tavern in Joondalup. You will be the right hand to the Head Chef, running the show when they aren’t in venue and using your passion to create memorable food and a smooth service.
You’ll lead shifts, mentor staff, and ensure every plate leaving the kitchen is a masterpiece. Ideal candidates have sous-chef experience in high-volume pubs, solid leadership, and up-to-date food safety credentials.
