Maxphotonics is seeking a highly organized Field Service Engineer to join our service team. You will perform installation, calibration, diagnostics, maintenance and repair of equipment at customer sites, and handle RMA evaluations when required.
You’ll travel up to 80% to support customers, document service activities, and collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvement while delivering exceptional customer service.
