We're pleased to support our client in recruiting a Showroom Specialist / Customer Service qualified for their Carnegie-based showroom.

If you enjoy helping customers, have solid sales or relevant retail/showroom experience, and take pride in keeping a space organised and welcoming, this role could be a great fit.

About the Role

You'll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with enquiries, product demonstrations, quotes and showroom sales. The role blends customer service, sales, admin and maintaining a professional showroom workplace. Full product and systems training is provided.

Welcoming and assisting walk-in customers
Providing clear, professional customer service
Supporting showroom sales and product demonstrations
Preparing quotes,



orders and customer records
Keeping the showroom clean, organised and customer-ready
Coordinating with internal teams
Contributing to a positive team culture

What You'll Bring

Ability to work across customer service and admin tasks

Full working rights in Australia
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Future: Showroom operating hours may expand to include Saturday mornings
