DHL Global Forwarding is seeking an Air Freight Import Specialist in Matraville, Sydney Station. You will be the primary contact for customers, managing import files, responding to inquiries, and ensuring bookings and documentation meet SOP requirements.

You will monitor shipments, update the TMS, and handle billing while assisting with claims as needed. A background in freight forwarding and a customer‑driven mindset will help you succeed in this role.
