KIRISHIMA in Camberwell, Melbourne, is seeking a passionate Sushi Chef to join our intimate 12-seat omakase restaurant. You will work with our kitchen team to deliver a refined omakase experience and maintain the highest standards of quality, precision and service.
The role requires at least 2 years’ experience in sushi or Japanese cuisine, robust knife skills, and a commitment to teamwork, speed and cleanliness in a rapid-paced setting. Preference for omakase or fine dining backgrounds.
