About the Role

You’ll manage your own portfolio with the support of a dedicated and experienced team. Your key responsibilities will include:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with rental providers and renters
Managing arrears, lease renewals, rental increases, and maintenance
Preparing CMAs and attending VCAT when required
Overseeing safety and compliance checks
Working collaboratively with our inspections, leasing,



and BDM teams.
Meeting KPIs across arrears, communication, and compliance

What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in residential property management
Solid knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (VIC)
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Robust organisational and time management abilities
A proactive and professional approach
A true team player attitude

Requirements
Agent’s Representative Certificate or Cert IV in Real Estate Practice
A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Minimum 12 months of experience in a Property Manager role
