The Department for Education, Children and Young People is seeking an Assistant Manager - Practice and Care for Ashley Youth Detention Centre (AYDC) in Tasmania. You will lead the adoption of trauma-informed, therapeutic care as the foundation of daily practice and guide system-wide cultural change.

You will work with a senior team to build trust, supervise multidisciplinary staff, and promote secure, healing settings for young people in detention.
