Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development/Account Manager to take ownership of end‑to‑end equipment sales, providing technical expertise, training workshop teams, and delivering outstanding customer service. Dealing with business owners, service/workshop managers and key decision makers, this role has robust growth potential for someone who thrives on building relationships and achieving results.

About the Role
Identify, develop and grow sales with recent and existing business
Manage the full sales cycle with automotive workshops and present proposals, programs and initiatives to drive sales growth
Provide technical advice, training and product demonstrations to build customer relationships
Oversee projects end to end with your customers to ensure on time delivery and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For
Solid technical background – ideally a former mechanic or equipment specialist
Proven experience in sales within the automotive sector (B2B),



with the ability to manage complex sales cycles
Ability to work independently, prioritise workload, and deliver sales results
Excellent communication skills with the capability to build customer relationships with automotive workshops
Available to travel up to 1 week per month

Salary package including a solid base salary, super, fully maintained vehicle & achievable commission structure will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
