The Role

As Production Shift/Team Leader you will lead your team to achieve set targets and metrics and look to improve efficiencies.

/n

Duties include:

/n

/n
Oversee production line/shift teams of between 4 - 10 people.

/n
Follow the production schedule and report on any problems.

/n
Lead your team to achieve set volume targets and other metrics.

/n
Implement lean principles to identify efficiency opportunities.

/n
Have a strong safety first mindset, be quality focused and productivity focused.

Skills & Experience

/n

/n
Demonstrated team leadership experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment.

/n
Solid safety, quality and productivity mindset.

/n
Excellent communication and team leadership skills.

/n
Proactive, eager to learn, and a solid team player.

/n/n
