We’re partnering with a fast-growing tech company looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to own their D2C growth strategy across paid media, SEO, CRO and channel optimisation.

In this role, you’ll:
Plan, buy and optimise campaigns across search, social, YouTube and display
Lead CRO experimentation and optimise conversion funnels (including Instant Quote flows)
Own technical SEO and website performance metrics
Forecast and report on channel performance, CAC, ROAS and conversion rates
Manage agency partners, budgets, and performance targets
Oversee and optimise the brand’s Webflow and Shopify stores

We’re looking for:
Proven experience managing multi-channel paid campaigns and driving D2C growth
Solid analytical mindset with hands-on experience in CRO and attribution
Familiarity with tools such as GA4, Shopify, Webflow,



and modern martech stacks
A test-and-learn approach with the ability to forecast and report confidently
Previous experience working in a startup/high performing/fast paced setting
