Qualifications & experience

Must have some current experience within a junior-level HR, Admin or Recruitment role

Tasks & responsibilities
/n
Work along side the General Manager on all HR and recruitment issues.
/n
Prepare and update employment contracts
/n
Actively coordinate and participate in the team on-boarding process
/n
Coordinate the complete recruitment process through initial telephone screening of candidates, booking interviews and performing reference checks
/n
Respond to the day-to-day HR queries from our teams.
/n
Provide management team with employment relations matters.
