About the Role

/n

This is a combined Reception and Dental Assistant position where you'll support both the front desk and clinical care. You'll help patients feel comfortable, assist with treatments, and keep our practice running smoothly.

/n

Hours: Monday and Tuesday (8:30 am – 5:30 pm)

/n

What You'll Do

Welcome patients and make their journey enjoyable

/n
Assist the orthodontist during treatments

/n




Prepare instruments and maintain sterilisation standards

/n
Record treatment notes and support with admin

/n
Educate and motivate patients about their care

/n
Help keep the clinic clean, organised, and well stocked

/n
Be part of a team where everyone contributes

What We're Looking For

Great communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of talking to people

Reliability and solid attention to detail

Adaptability, including being comfortable with computers and learning new systems

No Dental Experience? No Problem

/n

If you've worked in customer service, admin, retail, hospitality, or any role where you had to be reliable, organised, and valuable with people, you could be a excellent fit. We'll provide training and support to help you succeed.
