About the Prospect
Based in Darwin, NT, the Production Manager is accountable for ensuring Supervisors and Contractors are provided with and understand a explicit plan to deliver on their responsibilities. The Production Manager is required to work collaboratively with the Supervisors to allow them to provide deliverables on time, in full, to standard, all in a protected working environment.

To achieve this, the Production Manager needs to be a supportive and visual leader enabling their teams to reach their full potential.
