We're looking for a hands‐on all‐rounder to look after our Mackay property. If you can paint, patch, fix and problem‐solve — and you like variety instead of doing the same job twice — this one's for you.

What you'll be doing
/n
General repairs across guest rooms, common areas and the building
/n
Painting, plastering and basic carpentry
/n
Running a preventative maintenance schedule and regular inspections
/n
Coordinating outside contractors and checking their work is up to scratch
/n
Keeping guests and staff in the loop on maintenance progress
/n
What you'll bring
/n
Hands‐on trade or handyperson experience (hospitality experience a bonus, not a must)
/n
An eye for detail and pride in a job done properly
/n
Reliability, punctuality and a calm head under pressure
/n
Positive communication — you'll deal with guests, staff and contractors
