The Role You will manage your own portfolio while providing a 6-star level of service to your clients and working alongside an experienced and supportive team.

Your responsibilities will include:
Manage approximately 50buildings / approx 800/1000 lots across Sydney's CBD Fringe/Eastern Suburbs
Liaise confidently with Strata Committee members, owners and stakeholders
Prepare and conduct AGMs and Extraordinary General Meetings (ECMs)
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and By-Laws
Review financial documentation and prepare annual budgets
Build and maintain robust client relationships
Work collaboratively with an experienced and energetic team

About You





We are looking for someone who is passionate about Strata and wants to build a long-term career within the industry.

You will ideally have:
Strata experience — even minimal experience will be considered, as full training is provided
A current Strata Licence
Your own car and valid driver's licence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
A professional, proactive and client-focused approach
The ability to work well within an energetic and supportive team
