About the Role
/n We are seeking a professional and compassionate Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This is a fast-paced role at the front line of patient care, ideal for someone who thrives in a busy healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities
/n
Welcoming patients and managing front desk operations
/n
Booking and coordinating appointments across multiple modalities
/n
Managing phone enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
/n
Processing patient registrations and Medicare billing
/n
Liaising with radiologists, technicians,
and referrers
/n
Handling confidential patient information with accuracy and discretion
/n
About You
/n
Previous experience in medical reception or healthcare administration (radiology experience highly regarded)
/n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
/n
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
/n
High attention to detail and organisational skills
/n
Experience with patient management systems (e.g. RIS/PACS) is an advantage
/n
Knowledge of Medicare billing is desirable
/n
