This is a hands on role ideal for someone with strong bookkeeping and administration experience and with a practical can do approach.

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n
Protected reconciliation & cash handling processes

/n
Bookkeeping and general ledger maintenance

/n
Preparation of weekly payroll and super

/n
End-of-month bank reconciliations, period adjustments and financial reporting

/n
Assisting with BAS preparations and ATO lodgements

/n
Liaising with external accountants & auditors





/n
Assisting with accounts payable & receivable

/n
maintaining accurate financial records & documentation

/n
Supporting compliance and internal control processes

/n/n

About you

/n

/n
Solid attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

/n
Sound understanding of reconciliations & financial processes

/n
Familiarity with BAS and payroll

/n
Ability to work independently and manage priorities

/n
Proficient in accounting soft wear (Xero, MYOB) & Microsoft Office

/n
have a outstanding attitude and enjoy being part of a team
