Complete Childcare is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial management function across 17 nurseries, reporting directly to the Group CEO. The role offers 4 days per week, year-round, with responsibilities spanning accounting, budgeting, cash flow, and strategic partnering.

You will oversee payroll for ~300 staff, drive system improvements, and ensure compliance with childcare sector regulations. A qualified accountant is preferred, with robust Excel and modelling skills.
