We currently have an chance for a suitable person to fill the role of Agitator Truck Driver to join our team. The focus of the position is the loading and delivering of pre-mixed concrete to customer sites and maintaining the secure operation of agitator trucks.
/n
Duties and responsibilities:
/n
Delivering concrete to client sites along with managing slump tolerance levels and the discharge of concrete.
/n
Complete basic documentation associated with the collection and delivery of the concrete.
/n
Ensure safety standards are maintained including daily pre-start checks on the vehicle
/n
General yard maintenance when required.
/n
About you:
/n
A current HR drivers license with suitable driving record.
/n
Be a team player who is self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised, and a willingness to go the extra mile.
/n
Be passionate about safety & setting with a strong work ethic.
/n
Have effective communication skills.
/n
Be able to perform all duties associated with the position including manual handling.
/n
Driver's license and own transport is essential.
/n
Ability to work reasonable overtime including Saturdays when required.
/n
Construction White Card.
/n
Relevant concrete industry experience will be highly regarded however full training will be provided.
