Casual Female Aged Care Support Workers - Western Sydney

The Co-Group are seeking a compassionate and reliable Female Support Workers to provide domestic assistance services to older Australians living independently in their homes across Western Sydney.

/n

As we continue to welcome recent aged care clients, we are looking for a dedicated support worker who enjoys helping others maintain a secure, clean, and comfortable living environment. While individual shifts are generally 2 hours in duration, we are committed to combining multiple client visits where possible to create consistent and meaningful work prospects.

Duties include, however not limited to:

General household cleaning and tidying

/n
Vacuuming, mopping, and dusting

/n
Laundry and linen changes

/n
Meal preparation assistance

/n
Grocery shopping and household errands

/n
Supporting clients to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment

/n
Building positive and respectful relationships with clients

/n/n

Requirements

/n

Valid Driver's Licence

/n
Access to acomprehensive insuredcar with 5 seats

/n
NDIS Module – Quality, Safety & You

/n
NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) for paid employment

/n
Blue Card (WWCC) for paid employment

/n
Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

/n
Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours using approved techniques.

/n
