Job Description

The Elanora Hotel on the Central Coast is seeking a passionate commis chef to join our busy kitchen. You will assist senior chefs with daily prep and presentation, maintain an organized station, and thrive in a rapid-paced team setting.

Requirements include a Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery and a minimum of 2 years full time experience in high-volume operations. Australian work rights or visa authorisation are required.
