We are seeking a highly skilled Appian Designer with 5 years of Appian Design and Development experience implementing BPM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Appian development, process automation, performance tuning and improvement, platform administration and integration with enterprise systems.

Roles and Responsibilities
Design, Implement and optimize Appian applications including interface, rules, integrations, Records, Sites, Reports, and Process Models.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Implement Appian best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Integrate Appian with external systems using Web APIs, RDBMS, REST/SOAP APIs and third-party services.

Essential
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
5 years of experience in Appian design and development
Robust knowledge of Appian components: SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, Sites
Experience with Appian Cloud Administration, Plug-ins,



Appian RPA, and Appian Connected Systems.
Proficiency in Java, SQL, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
