Our client is the leading company within their industry and they are looking for an experienced accounts & development manager to join their team.

Responsibilities :

Achieving or exceeding the Rental sales budget, leadership of direct reports and collaboration with the Cat Rental team for generation and development of current and existing business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships and effective management of the positions designated accounts portfolio.
Rental Rate realisation is achieved to meet budgeted Gross Profit and revenue targets.
Marketing Plans are executed within times requirements.
Customer relationship management plan is actioned and maintained
Ensure CRM is updated on a daily basis for the Rental Sales Team.
At all times, use correct procedures for the control of sales calls and account and lead management.
Allocate and maintain “call frequency” for each account and ensure that a productive call is completed within 5 days of a due date.
Attend necessary meetings and training to ensure that ongoing personal,



customer and revenue growth in the attainment of projected sales and personal objectives.
Under all circumstances, ensure and apply the Customer Relations
Principles and maintain favourable customer relations.

Skills and Knowledge Required:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in providing customer service
Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar Sales Role
Proven ability to work as a cooperative Team player
Experience in a variety of systems to enable the business
Diploma in Business management or alike preferred though not essential
Sales Training- Formal Certificate or alike preferred though not essential
Customer service Training
Manual Handing (up to 10 kg)
Vehicle Driving
Sitting for Long Periods
Keyboard/PC Operation (approx. 7 hours per day)
