Our client is a rapid growing financial services business specialising in capital raising and real estate development investments, with a reputation for delivering strong returns to investors through a transparent, compliant, and value-driven approach.

We are seeking a detailoriented and motivate d Fund Operations &
Investor Services Offic er to join on an initia l 6-month fixed-term contra ct, with potential for extension.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical and Excel skills
looking to build or transition into funds management. Whilst prior fund
experience is a nice to have but not essential, transferable skills and a desire to learn are key.

Key Responsibilities
Manage investor onboarding, including application processing, KYC/ AML checks, and record maintenance
Process transactions such as subscriptions, distributions, and redemptions
Support investor queries via phone and email with clear, professional communication
Prepare investor reports, statements, and fund documentation
Assist with reconciliations, fund operations,



and reporting activities
Maintain accurate data, track tasks, and support process improvement

About
You Strong Excel skills (PivotTables, lookups, data analysis)
High attention to detail and solid numerical ability
Clear and professional communication skills
Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience in a process-driven environment (e.g. banking, accounting, superannuation, property or legal admin)
Able to learn quickly and work independently
