Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Chef to join our kitchen team. This role requires strong work ethic, consistency, and the ability to handle high-volume service efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
Ensure kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety compliance
Assist with food preparation, stock control, and kitchen organisation
Support menu planning and daily kitchen operations
Work efficiently during busy service periods
Requirements
Experience as a Chef or Cook (Asian cuisine preferred)
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Must have own transportation
Willing to work long hours, including weekends
Reliable, punctual, and disciplined
Ability to work independently and in a team
