Windana is seeking an AOD Clinician to provide case management and therapeutic interventions for residents, within a 24/7 rehabilitation setting near Pakenham.
You will develop treatment plans, manage a caseload, and coordinate referrals with a focus on trauma-informed, evidence-based care.
Reporting to the Senior AOD Clinician, you will work in a supportive team and participate in learning and development opportunities, while contributing to positive client outcomes and recovery journeys.
