AsRevenue Manager,you will play a critical role in bringing Treehouse Adelaide to life, leading the hotel's revenue strategy from pre-opening through launch and beyond.

About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams, you will be responsible for developing and executing revenue management strategies that maximise hotel profitability, market share and overall commercial performance.
You will oversee all aspects of pricing, forecasting, inventory management, distribution and business analysis while helping establish Treehouse Adelaide as a market-leading lifestyle destination.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven leader who combines analytical capability with strategic thinking, collaboration and an innovative approach to revenue optimisation.
Key Responsibilities




Develop and implement the hotel's pre-opening and ongoing revenue strategy
Lead all forecasting, budgeting and demand analysis activities
Manage pricing, inventory and channel distribution to optimise performance across all segments
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and consumer behaviour to identify revenue opportunities
Drive RevPAR, ADR, occupancy and market share performance
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams on promotions, packages and commercial initiatives
Conduct weekly revenue meetings and provide strategic recommendations to the Executive team
Support the implementation and optimisation of revenue management systems and distribution platforms
Analyse performance data and produce insightful reporting to support commercial decision-making
Ensure rate integrity and compliance across all booking channels
Contribute to the hotel's positioning and commercial launch strategy during the pre-opening phase
About You
You are commercially curious, analytical and proactive, with a passion for lifestyle hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences through smart commercial strategy.
You will ideally bring:




Previous experience as a Revenue Manager or Assistant Director of Revenue within a hotel environment
Pre-opening experience highly regarded
Strong understanding of hotel revenue management principles, forecasting and distribution strategies
Experience working with RMS, PMS and channel management systems
Advanced analytical and financial acumen
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple departments
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands‐on approach
Passion for lifestyle hospitality brands and creating commercially successful guest experiences
