You will be the right hand to the Head Chef, running the show when they aren't in venue and using your passion to create memorable food and a smooth service.
You'll lead shifts, mentor staff, and ensure every plate leaving the kitchen is a masterpiece.
Ideal candidates have sous-chef experience in high-volume pubs, solid leadership, and up-to-date food safety credentials.
