Role Overview
We are seeking an experiencedSalesforce Solution Architectto design and lead end-to-end Salesforce transformations acrossInformation Management, Integration & Data Architecture, and Multi-Cloud solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in large-scale Salesforce implementations, enterprise architecture, complex integrations, modern UI technologies, and emergingGenAI / Agentic AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Design scalable end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and organisational strategy.
LeadIntegration, Data Architecture and Multi-Cloudsolution design.
Develop high-quality Solution Architecture and Low-Level Design artefacts covering architecture principles, integration patterns, data models, risks, constraints and recommendations.
Collaborate withBusiness, Enterprise Architecture, IT, Developers, Designers and Testersto drive solution decisions.
Guide Technical Delivery teams, review designs and provide technical troubleshooting support.
Design solutions for large-scale Salesforce environments involvinghigh-volume transactions, high availability, complex integrations and customer lifecycle platforms.
Provide hands‐on technical guidance acrossApex, LWC, LWR, JavaScript, data modelling and Salesforce design patterns.
Recommend appropriateLow-Code vs Pro-Codeapproaches based on business and technical requirements.
Lead user journey preparation, user story reviews, fit-gap analysis and solution design.
Evaluate and recommend suitableSalesforce AppExchange products.
Manage stakeholder expectations and negotiate solutions with customers and SI partners.
Support RFP analysis,



proposals, demos, POCs and pre‐sales activities.
Drive adoption ofGenAI and Agentic AIcapabilities within Salesforce solutions.
Must-Have Skills
12+ years of experiencein Salesforce / CRM technology.
Salesforce CertifiedApplication Architect and System Architectcertifications.
Extensive experience inSalesforce Lightning Development and LWR Sites.
StrongApex, JavaScript, LWC and Trigger Frameworkexpertise.
Strong SalesforceIntegration and Data Architectureexperience.
Experience withService Cloud Voice, New-Gen Omni-Channel and Digital Engagementincluding Chat, SMS, Voice and WhatsApp.
Strong understanding ofLow-Code vs Pro-Codemethodologies.
Experience architecting large-scale, highly integrated and high‐availability Salesforce solutions.
Strong communication, presentation, collaboration and complex problem‐solving skills.
Design Thinking mindset.
Good to Have
Marketing Cloud experience.
Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist / Agentforce Innovator Badge.
Experience withGenAI and Agentic AIsolutions on Salesforce.
Experience in greenfield implementations and Salesforce enhancements.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce DevOps, version control, environment and release management.
Experience inprocess re-engineering, requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
Pre‐sales experience includingRFP analysis, proposal creation, demos, POCs and defence presentations.
