Vinidex, part of the Aliaxis group, seeks an experienced manufacturing leader to drive safety, quality and performance across Sunshine, Derrimut and Wynyard sites in the Southern Region.
You will lead change, develop high-performing teams and deliver continuous improvement and capital projects.
You'll work with Engineering, Maintenance and Supply Chain to achieve strategic business outcomes, mentor future leaders, and strengthen site culture in a dynamic FMCG manufacturing workplace.
