About the R
oleReporting to the Shared Services Manager, you'll lead the Accounts Payable team, taking ownership of end-to-end AP operations while managing your own ledg
er.Working within a supportive finance workplace, you'll be the key point of escalation for AP issues, ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time, and that stores receive the support they ne

de:Leading, coaching and mentoring the AP team, delegating work and managing day-to-day worklo
adsActing as the point of escalation for complex supplier, operational and system-related quer
iesOverseeing full-function AP operations including invoice processing, payments, reconciliations and supplier enquir
iesManaging AP mailboxes and queues, ensuring service levels and turnaround times are
metMonitoring KPIs, SLAs,
backlog volumes, ageing and payment performance and taking action to improve resu
ltsMaintaining strong financial controls, governance and compliance across AP proces
sesPartnering with Procurement, Finance, Store Operations, Treasury and IT to resolve issues and improve proces
sesContributing to continuous improvement, automation and standardisation initiatives within the AP funct
ion
About

mentProven leadership or team supervision experience within an AP func
tionStrong SAP experience is essen
