About the Role
AsOnsite Account Manager, you will coordinate the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle onsite.
You'll ensure consistent service delivery, workforce coordination, compliance and strong client partnerships.
Working with client leaders, you'll support safe operations, address workforce issues collaboratively and drive continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
Deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions, including onsite labour planning and workforce allocation
Support onboarding, inductions, rostering, timesheets and general HR administration
Foster a positive culture of teamwork and service excellence
Ensure compliance with safety processes, site standards and legislative requirements
Grow and strengthen client partnerships across divisionsin line with agreed goals
Collaborate with Candidate Engagement and Recruitment Delivery teams toenhancecandidate experience and service quality
Assist with Quarterly Business Reviews and client reporting
Ensure compliance with awards,



employment and industrial relations legislation, and safety standards
Align with Quality Management System (ISO ****) standards and ManpowerGroup health, safety and environmental policies [dewr.gov.au]
What You Bring
Essential
Effective account management and people leadership capability, with clear communication skills
Experience working with clients and employees on IR and safety matters.
Cooperative approach and ability to work constructively with internal and external stakeholders
Experience coordinating operationsorhigh-volume recruitment in dynamic environments
Demonstrated experience managing onsite accounts in recruitment or similar industries
Exposure to logistics/e-commerce environments
Experience supporting National and/or Global Accounts
