West Wimmera Health Service in Kaniva is seeking a Chef in Charge for a full-time position (80 hours per fortnight) based at Kaniva.
You will run the kitchen and oversee the Cleaning Standards within the Hospitality and Environmental Services Department, including menu planning, food preparation, serving, storage and safety compliance.
You will supervise staff, promote a protected workplace, ensure proper stock control, and liaise with suppliers and other departments.
