Leanyer Outside School Hours Care is a vibrant and nurturing Before and After School Care service located at Leanyer School.
We are committed to providing high quality care and engaging experiences for children ages 4-12.
We are looking for an experienced, reliable, caring and motivated educator with Responsible Person qualities to join our team.

Your New Role:
- Oversee the daily operation of the service when acting as the Responsible Person
- Work closely with service management to ensure service standards are withheld
- Offering a protected and secure environment by consistently building positive relationships with children, families, school staff and wider community
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, including regular accounting of all children,



incident reports and children's developmental observations
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in care, implementing appropriate supervision and risk management practices
- Responsible for the opening and closing of the service, ensuring procedures are adhered to
- Promote and lead a positive, inclusive and respectful team culture
About you:
- A confident and dependable leader who is passionate about supporting children's growth and development
- Qualified or working towards Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent studies in Social Work, Allied Health and Education
- Valid NT Working with Children Card (WWCC)
- Current First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management certificates
- Prior experience working with children is essential
- Able to implement quality, engaging, and activity-based programs
- Australian work rights are essential.
