Our Personal Care Workers are essential in helping us deliver warm, compassionate and dignified care to our residents every day.We are now offering an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and caring Personal Care Worker to join our team at Boronia Aged Care on a fixed term basis commencing 10 August ****.About the Role:As a Personal Care Worker at Boronia Aged Care, you will play a hands on and meaningful role in supporting our residents with their daily living needs, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.You will work as part of a close knit, supportive care team under the direction of our Registered and Enrolled Nurses, delivering person-centred care that makes a genuine difference to residents and their families every day.This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of older Australians.Why Join MACG?
