About the role
We are a well-established residential builder seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team.
This role focuses on carrying out warranty and defect rectification works for newly completed double-storey townhouses during the six-month maintenance period.

About the Role
You will be responsible for completing maintenance and defect rectification works on completed residential properties, ensuring homeowners receive exceptional after-sales service.
Our administration team will coordinate your schedule and appointments, allowing you to focus on delivering quality repairs and providing a positive experience for homeowners.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out warranty and defect rectification works on completed townhouses and residential homes.
* Perform minor carpentry, plastering, painting, silicone, door and window adjustments, cabinetry adjustments, and general maintenance repairs.
* Diagnose defects and complete repairs to a high standard.
* Communicate professionally with homeowners when attending scheduled appointments.




* Provide updates on completed works and advise the office if additional trades or materials are required.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work setting.
About You
Minimum *3–5 years' experience** in residential construction maintenance, warranty, or defect rectification.
* Experience working on completed residential homes or townhouse developments.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Friendly, approachable, and able to communicate well with homeowners.
* Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality workmanship.
* Current WA Driver's Licence.
* White Card.
* Trade qualification is desirable but not essential.
