Casual Temporary Entry LevelPosted 21 Jul ****DescriptionTHE ROLEYou will be responsible for:Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the KitchensCleaning of all pots and dishes from the kitchen/chefs /restaurantCleaning of chinaware, glassware, silverware, kitchen hardware and other operational related itemsResponsible for the cleanliness of all food preparation areas, this includes the back of house storage areas, loading docks, fridges and freezers.Ensure that all hazardous chemicals and materials are stored in a secure workplace.Collect and remove domestic wasteABOUT YOUThe right candidate will:Experience Using a Commercial DishwasherKnowledge of Cleaning Chemicals and their safe useBasic Food Preparation SkillsPrevious experience in a similar role,
