We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Carpentry Apprentice to join our client's team on the Gold Coast. This role offers the chance to learn the carpentry trade from skilled professionals while contributing to a variety of construction projects across the region.
You will gain hands‐on experience in the industry while completing your formal qualification with Building Industry Training.
What You Will Be Doing
Support qualified carpenters with daily tasks on residential and commercial sites
Learn how to measure, cut, assemble, and install timber components
Safely operate hand and power tools under supervision
Assist in building frameworks, fixtures, and structural elements
Keep work areas clean, organised, and compliant with WHS standards
Participate in scheduled off‐the‐job training and complete all coursework on time
About You
This apprenticeship is ideal for someone who is motivated, reliable, and eager to develop a long‐term career in the construction industry.
You should enjoy hands-on work, take pride in doing tasks properly, and be willing to learn from others.
Mandatory Requirements
Current driver's licence
Reliable vehicle for getting to job sites
Construction White Card
Ability to work in outdoor and physically demanding environments
Genuine interest in pursuing a carpentry trade qualification
